Frequently asked questions
When will my order arrive?
Most putting orders arrive within 3-7 business days of ordering. Swing trainers take longer (8-12 business days) because they ship from a different warehouse. If your order has both, you'll get two packages.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Email us with your order number to start a return. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. Full refund policy.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
My tracking hasn't moved.
Carriers sometimes go a day or two without a scan. If tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, email us and we'll chase it with the carrier.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We only ship where we can promise reliable delivery times.
How much space does the putting mat need?
A hallway, office or living room floor works well. It folds down for storage, so you can put it away when you're done.
Is it available for left-handed golfers?
The Home Putting Lab and the swing trainer come in right- and left-handed versions. Choose yours on the product page.
