Refund policy

We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

 

Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.

 

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.

 

How to start a return: Email us at hello@puttnest.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions within 1 business day.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

 

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
